Nutritional Therapist for Home Visits & Online Consultations – London & Greater London (Self-Employed, Flexible)

Medelit, a top-rated private home and online healthcare provider in London, is looking for experienced Nutritional Therapists to join its home visiting and online clinical team.

Requirements:

CNHC registration and Full Membership of BANT, and the right to work in the UK.
At least 2 years of client practice in the UK.
The confidence to assess clients on your own, build a personalised nutrition programme and follow it through, including reviewing lab and functional test results where relevant.
Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to arrange it).
An Enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months (or willingness to obtain one), as the role involves home visits.

HCPC-registered Dietitians and AfN Registered Nutritionists with private practice experience are also welcome to apply.

The role is ideal for nutritional therapists in private practice, clinics or wellness centres who want to add flexible, well-paid independent work and a steady flow of private clients without spending on marketing. It also suits those who want to build their own private caseload without the costs and admin of running a practice.

Details:

You set your own fees. Clients choose their nutritional therapist by profile, qualifications and fee. First consultations are typically 60–90 minutes, with follow-ups to review progress and results.

You decide when, where and how you work. Choose home visits in the London areas you cover, online video consultations, or both, and give availability only when it suits you. No contracts, no minimum hours.

We handle the admin. Our booking team triages clients, arranges
appointments around your availability, sends you your schedule in
advance and does all the billing. Online consultations run on our own
video platform, with nothing to install for you or the client.

The work is varied. You'll see clients of all ages, from busy professionals and families to older adults. Cases include weight management, digestive health and food intolerances, nutrition for chronic conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, hormonal and autoimmune conditions, stress and energy, in private clients' homes, offices and hotels, and by video.

The clients are high quality. Medelit is a multidisciplinary, internationally known home healthcare company serving private and corporate clients across England, and your clients have direct access
to our GPs, specialists and allied health professionals when they need
them.

This is an independent, self-employed position. The more availability you give, the more clients we send you.
